Takeaway Summary : Attending the ET WOMEN CONCLAVE 2026, in collaboration with The Economic Times, was not just an event - it was a powerful reminder of what happens when purpose-driven voices come together under one roof. As Womennovator (Global Incubator for Women) Gvriksh Foundation continues its journey of building meaningful ecosystems for women, seeing this 4th edition come to life with such energy, diversity, and depth of conversations was truly fulfilling. From leadership and entrepreneurship to mental resilience, authenticity, and women’s health - every session reflected the evolving narrative of women shaping the future. We were honoured by the presence of our Guest of Honour, Dr Rashmi Singh, whose words set a strong tone for the day. A special highlight for me personally was moderating the Panel: Women Health & Hygiene - a conversation on ovarian cancer that is not just important, but essential. The discussion went beyond awareness, diving into prevention, accessibility, and the need for open dialogue around women’s health. It was an absolute privilege to share the stage with such impactful voices: Rajeev Khandelwal, Dr. Deepika Krishna, Panckaj N Umrania, and Megha Ahuja, - each bringing depth, expertise, and honesty to the conversation. Grateful to everyone who contributed to making this platform so impactful. Karishma Kapoor, Gaur Gopal Das, Adah Sharma, Alankritaa Sahai, Nivedita Basu, The Math Mentalist. This is what building ecosystems looks like - collaboration, conversations, and collective growth.
