Takeaway Summary : Conversations that move beyond speeches and into collaboration are the ones that truly matter. That is exactly what the Poland–India Business & Women Leadership Forum 2026 felt like - an exchange of ideas and possibilities between two dynamic ecosystems. It was an honour to collaborate with the Poland–India Chamber of Cooperation in bringing this international forum together and to join the Women Leaders Panel Discussion – “Women in Leadership: Challenges, Opportunities & Global Collaboration” as a speaker representing Womennovator (Global Incubator for Women) Gvriksh Foundation. The forum created an important platform to explore cross-border collaboration, women’s leadership, and new economic bridges between India and Poland. A special note of appreciation to Krystyna Wróblewska & Vincent Peter for their leadership and vision in strengthening India–Poland partnerships. It was inspiring to share the stage with such accomplished women leaders: • Priya Pansare, who emphasized that institutions must come together to build structured cross-border mentorship for women in trade and global business. • Kavita Adhikary, who highlighted structural gaps while scaling women-led businesses and suggested sector-wise working groups and institutional programs to promote women entrepreneurs globally. • Malgorzata Zawada, who spoke about the importance of institutional support enabling women entrepreneurs to access decision-making processes, operational systems, and business formalities. • Dorota Cagiel, who discussed the growing relevance of AI adoption for Indian women entrepreneurs and acknowledged the strong confidence and entrepreneurial drive among them. • Krystyna Wróblewska, who shared the Chamber’s vision of building stronger collaboration across business, education, investments, and governments between Poland and India, highlighting that Poland serves as a gateway to Europe and offers immense opportunities for Indian enterprises. Thanks to Bogusia Dhingra for moderating the panel with such depth and perspective shaped by decades of engagement between the two countries. During the discussion, I shared the Womennovator (Global Incubator for Women) Gvriksh Foundation journey of enabling women entrepreneurs to access global markets, procurement ecosystems, and cross-border collaborations, and why platforms like these are essential to ensure women are not just participants—but architects of the global economy. The forum also featured keynote addresses from diplomatic and industry representatives, the signing of three strategic cooperation agreements – MOU, and the launch of a book by PICC President Krystyna Wróblewska, making the gathering both symbolic and action-oriented. Grateful to meet Ravi Nandan Sinha, Moksha Yadav, Team Vertex Grateful to the organizers, partners, and every leader present who believes that when women lead across borders, collaboration becomes transformation.
