After successful completion of Roundtable in #Gujarat, #Goa, #Delhi, #Bangalore we feel great to conclude #Roorkee Womennovator (Global Incubator for Women) Gvriksh Foundation in partnership with Quantum University, Roorkee successfully hosted a Roundtable, focused on enhancing the Female Labour Force Participation Ratio (FLFPR) and empowering more women to join the workforce. The event brought together key stakeholders from academia, policy, and industry to discuss strategies for increasing women’s workforce participation. The roundtable’s outcomes will be compiled into a white paper, and Womennovator proposes an amendment to the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, to include tracking conversion rates of female graduates as a key parameter for college evaluation.
