"An MBA graduate, Manisha founded the zameeni brand with a vision to eradicate unethical practices towards Craftsmen. She disagrees with the practice of bargaining with weavers as it is against her philosophy. She has also co- founded a Social Ent... erprise – Together We Walk:Me & You. (TWW) which addresses various issues related to Women, Youth and Senior Citizens. Vision of TWW is to focus on Youth development , women Empowerment by providing them fun filled workshops ,seminars ,skill training, counseling sessions. She has also started an NGO called MINDBUDDIES with her two children. The mission of this organization is to be a helpline to stressed out minds. She works with an approach that Encouragement works out better than Pressure, always. She plans shout-outs, interactive talks, Seminars, Workshops with experts, Street plays to reach out to create awareness about Mental Wellbeing.
